Service // International expansion
Country launch. Market scale. Real revenue.
Most expansion plans fail on assumption, not ambition. I run market entries and multi-country scale with the same discipline used to grow €3M to €18M in 12 months and MGA markets from zero to €100M.

- 01.You are entering a new regulated market and need someone who has done it.
- 02.Country Managers exist but lack a shared operating playbook.
- 03.Brand performs in the home market but stalls when replicated abroad.
- 04.Investor demands a credible multi-market growth narrative.
- 05.Compliance, brand and acquisition need to ship together, not in sequence.
- 01.Country launch from setup to revenue. Compliance, brand, channels, team.
- 02.Country Manager and General Manager coaching across regions.
- 03.Multi-market budget allocation. Where the next euro pays back.
- 04.Local team structure, hiring and onboarding playbook.
- 05.Partnerships at scale: sports, content, affiliates and channel deals.
- 06.Brand consistency across markets without killing local relevance.

How do you choose which market to enter first?+
Score markets on regulation, unit economics, competitive intensity and speed to first revenue. The winner is rarely the biggest market. It is the one where the current product can win a beachhead in under two quarters.
Do you set up the local legal entity or work with local partners?+
Both. For long-term markets, own entity, own licence, own team. For test markets, a local commercial partner or MGA setup keeps the burn low until the model is proven.
Which markets have you personally launched or scaled?+
Italy, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Finland, UK, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, US regulated states, Canada and India. Full P&L in most, senior advisory in the rest.
How long does market entry usually take from decision to first revenue?+
Regulated markets: 4 to 9 months depending on licensing. Unregulated B2C or B2B: 8 to 16 weeks to first revenue if the product is ready.
